Pricing
When you send your document to us either via email or WhatsApp, it is carefully reviewed. The source and target languages are identified, a word and character count is performed, and a delivery timeline is set based on the type of translation required.
Translation fee is calculated according to the word count, target language, and delivery time. A final price quote is then submitted for your approval. Once you confirm, your documents are assigned to the first available medical translator, and the process begins.
Upon completion, your medical translation is reviewed by another professional medical translator, and necessary adjustments are made to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency.
After the final review and adjustments, your translation is delivered either via email or (for Istanbul addresses only) by courier on the same day, completing the medical translation process.
