What Is the e-Verification System?

At Medikal Tercüme Ofisi, we make your translations legally valid by having them prepared by sworn, expert medical translators and signed with a secure electronic signature (e-Signature). Each document is assigned a unique QR code and a personal verification code, making the entire process transparent, fast, and fully traceable. We call this integrated structure the e-Verification System.

What Does an e-Signed Document Include?

How Does the Verification System Work and How Are e-Signatures Verified?

1. How Does the Verification System Work and How Are e-Signatures Verified?

  • Scan the QR code on your document with your device.

  • The e-Verification Portal will open automatically.

  • You’ll see the message: “You are in QR verification mode. To view full details and files, please use the verification field at the bottom of the page.”

When verified via QR code only, the following information will be displayed:

  • Document owner

  • Document type

  • Language pair

  • Signature date & validity period

If you also want to view or download the full e-signed translation, you’ll need a verification code.

Note: In compliance with data protection regulations, personal details such as the signer’s full name, document owner’s email address or phone number, and internal verification codes are not directly displayed on the portal.

When verification is performed using only the QR code, certain information about the document remains restricted, and the e-signed translation is not displayed.

2. Full Verification via QR Code + Verification Code (Two-Step Verification) on our E-Verification Portal

  • Scan the QR code on your document.

  • Enter your verification code in the field displayed on the e-Verification Portal.

  • If you don’t have a verification code, you can request one by contacting us via our Contact page or emailing kodtalep@medikaltercumeofisi.com.

  • Your request will be forwarded to the document owner for approval. Once approved, you’ll be granted full access.

After entering the verification code, you can:

  • View all filtered details about the document.

  • Access and download the complete e-signed sworn translation securely.

When verification is performed using both the QR code and the verification code, all previously restricted information becomes visible, and the e-signed translation can be viewed and downloaded.
