How to Request an e-Signed Translation
Send the digital copy of your document to us.
Inform our team that you would like to receive an e-signed sworn translation.
Your document will be translated by our professional sworn medical translators.
The completed translation will be digitally signed with an e-Signature.
Your e-signed translation will be delivered to you as a PDF via email.
How to Verify e-Signed Translations
1. Limited Verification via QR Code Only on our E-Verification Portal
Scan the QR code on your document with your device.
The e-Verification Portal will open automatically.
You’ll see the message: “You are in QR verification mode. To view full details and files, please use the verification field at the bottom of the page.”
When verified via QR code only, the following information will be displayed:
Document owner
Document type
Language pair
Signature date & validity period
If you also want to view or download the full e-signed translation, you’ll need a verification code.
Note: In compliance with data protection regulations, personal details such as the signer’s full name, document owner’s email address or phone number, and internal verification codes are not directly displayed on the portal.
2. Full Verification via QR Code + Verification Code (Two-Step Verification) on our E-Verification Portal
Scan the QR code on your document.
Enter your verification code in the field displayed on the e-Verification Portal.
If you don’t have a verification code, you can request one by contacting us via our Contact page or emailing kodtalep@medikaltercumeofisi.com.
Your request will be forwarded to the document owner for approval. Once approved, you’ll be granted full access.
After entering the verification code, you can:
View all filtered details about the document.
Access and download the complete e-signed sworn translation securely.
